Choco-Banana-PB2 Bread
Description
This makes a very pretty bread with a marbled appearance. The PB2 flavor adds complexity and acts more as a background flavor than a major player because of the powerful banana flavor.Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
1/2 tsp: Salt
2 tsp: Canola oil
3 large: Very ripe bananas
1/2 tsp: Baking soda
1 1/4 cups: All-purpose flour
4 Tbsp: Fat-free egg substitute
1 cup: Uncooked old fashioned oats
1/2 cup: Unpacked light brown sugar
1/2 cup: Semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 Tbsp: PB2
Methods/steps
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Add oil and eggs; mix thoroughly. In a smaller bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Add bananas and oats to batter. Melt chocolate chips in 2 cup microwave safe measuring cup for about 1 min. Stir until smooth. Cool slightly, then add about 1 cup of batter to measuring cup and stir until combined. Add PB2 to the remaining batter and mix well. Spray a 8 1/2" X 4 1/2" loaf pan with cooking spray (w/ flour if you've got it). Alternate pouring the 2 batters into the pan. Swirl batters together with knife and bake until top of loaf is firm to the touch, 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes. Flip out and cool on a wire rack for another 10 minutes.

Recipe Tips
Besides just being a delicious product, PB2 and Chocolate PB2 are incredibly versatile. Uses are limited only by your imagination! Some of our favorite ways to enjoy both PB2 and CPB2:
* When added to almost any tomato based dish – salsa, BBQ sauce, Mexican dips, spaghetti sauce – PB2 mellows out the acidic flavor of the tomatoes.
* Any fruit dipped in PB2 or CPB2 powder is delicious! Tip: Spoon PB2 or CPB2 into a zipper bag. Cut a banana into bite size pieces and place in bag. Zip bag closed and shake to coat the fruit – enjoy. This is an easy, kid friendly, healthy snack. Good with apples and pineapple too.

Additional Tips
A very moist bread that freezes well.
