PB2: Powdered Peanut Butter

Where it all started.

We call it peanut butter’s second generation because it’s unlike any peanut butter you’ve ever experienced. Through a unique process that doesn’t involve the use of any chemicals and doesn’t alter nature’s intended balance found within the peanut, we remove over 85% of the fat from premium quality peanuts. Essentially, the oil is squeezed out of roasted peanuts and what remains is our famous powdered peanut butter – all natural with no artificial sweeteners or preservatives. When you mix water or a favorite drink with PB2 you get the same consistency as full-fat peanut butter, with all the roasted peanut flavor, but 85% less fat calories. Directions:

• Mix 2 Tablespoons of PB2 with 1 Tablespoon of water and stir until smooth.
• Can be mixed directly with jelly or jam for a PB2 and jelly sandwich.

• Or, dip fruit directly into powder.

So we’ve created Chocolate PB2 with just enough rich premium chocolate to make it a guilt-free pleasure. Roasted Peanut Oil

Amazing what peanuts produce when pressed.

PB2 isn’t the only thing you get when you squeeze 85% of the fat calories out of peanuts. The process also produces some fine extra virgin peanut oil. Only premium peanuts are used, then we sort, roast and press them. The result is a rich, aromatic oil with a distinct flavor that’s certain to add character to your cooking. Peanut oil has a higher smoke point than vegetable or olive oil, making it the more versatile choice that’s suitable for a wider range of cooking needs.
